I would highly recommend this detox for anyone! I have autoimmune disease, absorption issues, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sugar addiction, fatigue, restless sleep, dullness of hair and skin, and unable to stick to a good food program. Doing this detox has lowered my blood pressure, my skin and hair look so much brighter, i sleep better, my inflammation in down and I DON’T CRAVE SUGAR!
