We know your time is valuable so we have created this “New Patient” page to streamline the process. After becoming a patient at MaineCHI you are able to see any of our providers without another new patient visit. This is just one benefit to having multiple modalities under one roof.

What you need to know before becoming a patient

Patient Policy

In order to receive single services such as blood draws, injection therapies (proloZone, trigger point injections, IM injection), or IV therapies YOU MUST BE A PATIENT. This policy is to ensure safety and to prioritize time for our patients.  If you are working with another physician or provider who has created an IV therapy plan for you please fill out the “New Patient Screening Form” and we will get back to you.

Modalities

If you have specific questions about modalities or if there is a treatment or practitioner that is right for you please send us an email with you specific question at [email protected]. Please allow 3-5 business days to hear back.

VA Services

We are proud to offer acupuncture, chiropractic, and massage therapies to our VA patients. In order to have services covered a referral mus tbe sent over by your VA provider FIRST.

For your convenience, we do accept insurance for acupuncture and chiropractic services. Please understand that all insurance plans and coverage are different and the best way to find out if your services will be covered is to check with your insurance plan.
